ANYWAYS, this picture. This picture marks the dawn of the new age of...BLU'S NEW SCANNER. It doesn't like markers anymore than my first one did so I have a lot of work cut out for me when it comes to scanning certain prize art, but I STILL LOVES IT CUZ IT WORKIES.

Aaaaaas for the picture itself, it actually was spawned by an RP that Buggy and I are doing currently. We think it is beyond glorious so we're gonna make it into a fic--we've already passed the second chapter point! As for THIS scene, the entire gang (Kuro, Fai, Mokona, Syaoran and Sakura) are stuck in a pitch black hotel room in a powerless city. Fai is trying to find Kuro-tan, mainly just to annoy him some more, from across the room and ends up bumping knee first into the foot-board of Kuro's bed. Now, if Kuro hadn't caught him as shown -points up at the pic- Fai woulda busted his head open on the side of the bed frame.

'Cuz Kuro's can see in the dark. Teh manga says so.

ANYWAYS, so there's the bones about this piece. I personally like all the deep shadows I got to fit in which I've decided I don't put enough of in my pics. Clamp REALLY likes deep shadows and I agree with them. They're pretty.

Making everything completely black was a pain in the ass tho.

(EDIT I realized about ten minutes after posting this that the font previously in Kuro's speech bubble was WAY too girly. I love me some Tall Paul, but JEEZ. So now you get my crappy handwriting. Yay)
